About our community

Welcome to Ramat Shilo, a beautiful, sun-drenched neighborhood in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph where neighbors quickly become family. Walking down the tree-lined sidewalks of Nachal Ein Gedi or Nachal Tze'elim, you are greeted by the cheerful sounds of children playing in the parks and the warm smiles of a vibrant mix of English-speaking olim and warm native Israelis. This tight-knit community is famous for its open doors and unmatched hospitality, where elegant, spacious apartments and charming multi-level cottages with blooming gardens are built around a shared love for a Torah lifestyle. It is the kind of neighborhood where people truly look out for one another, creating an immediate sense of belonging the moment you arrive.

At the very heart of this community's soul is Kehillat Mishkan Shilo, a truly special shul located at Nachal Ein Gedi 39. Led with great warmth and wisdom by Rabbi David Bagno, the shul is much more than a place of tefilah; it is a lively spiritual home pulsing with daily shiurim, welcoming smiles, and a vibrant community spirit. From beautiful youth programs that engage the children to amazing chesed initiatives that support families through every stage of life, Mishkan Shilo is a beacon of unity and love. Here, native Israelis and immigrants from all backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and celebrate life, making it the perfect anchor for a meaningful and joyful life in Israel.
